The First Dion's Opens

Our founder opens the first dion's location in Albuquerque, NM — a small spot with big ambitions and a legendary pizza recipe.

The Signature dion's Pizza

We introduce the now-iconic dion's pizza crust recipe — hand-stretched, perfectly airy, and unlike anything New Mexico had tasted before.

Expanding Across New Mexico

Dions reaches its 5th location, expanding from Albuquerque to Santa Fe and beyond. The family grows, and so does our commitment to fresh, local food.

The Salad Revolution
